Personal identification information
Users may be asked for personal identification information, as appropriate to the services they use on our website, like name, email address, mailing address, phone number and credit/debit card information. We may collect this information in different ways, including, but not limited to, when a user registers with us, subscribes to our newsletter, makes a purchase or uses other services or resources that we offer on our website.
We, however, do not limit the use of our website if the user chooses to visit our website anonymously. We collect information PII from the users only if they are voluntarily ready to disclose the information to us. However, refusing to submit certain important PII may keep the user from engaging in certain activities.

The email address provided by the Users for processing of their orders, are only used to update them about the information regarding their order. If the user subscribes to our mailing list, they may receive regular emails about updates, new products, services and other announcements. Users can easily opt out of receiving our emails in the future by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email.
How we protect your information
We use the most appropriate and secured ways of data collection, storage, processing and management of user data. We have proper security measures in place to protect user’s personal information like username, password and transaction information against unauthorized access, disclosure and alteration. Exchange of sensitive information between the user and Maaesa website is processed over a secured and encrypted channel of communication.
Sharing your personal information
We do not share, sell, rent or trade personal identification information of our users to any third party. We may share general combined analytic demographic information which may not be linked to any personal information about any user; with our affiliates, advertisers and business partners. We may use third party service providers for our business operations or for administration purposes. Your personal information may be shared with these third parties mentioned above for purposes limited to providing services for Maaesa, given that we have adequate permissions from the users.
Your acceptance of these terms
By using our site, you agree that you have read our policies and are in agreement with our terms stated above. If you do not agree with any terms mentioned herein, please do not use this site. By continuing to use our website, you agree that you have read and understood the changes and modifications in our policies and accept them completely.
Cancellation of order is allowed only before the order is shipped. An order cancellation is not possible once it has been shipped. However, return and refund policies shall still be valid as per our policies.
Our goal is to offer complete satisfaction to our users and for this we allow our users to return or exchange the product if their expectations are not met in regards to the quality, fit, design or any other aspect. For this, we offer a strict 5-days return or exchange policy. If 5 days have passed since your order was delivered to you, we won’t be able to serve your return, refund or exchange request.
It is important that the product(s) you are returning is unused, in the same condition with tags attached and in the original packaging to be eligible for a return. Your refund or exchange will be initiated post inspection of the product returned by you and if the product shows signs of use or missing attachments (if applicable), then refund or exchange will not be processed.
To initiate the return of a product, you need to drop a return request within 5 days from receiving the order. Return can only be initiated only once against a single order.
Exchange or Refund
We make sure that we always arrange for a return pickup of the order, however, under certain unavoidable circumstances, we may ask the user to ship the product to one of our nearest drop locations. You will be notified through email once the return packet is received and inspected. You will be given two options post successful return- Exchange or Refund.
You can let us know the product you want to exchange your order with.
If the original product is priced lower than the exchanged product: we will ask the user to pay the increased amount through the payment link generated and shared by us during the process.
If the original product is priced higher than the exchanged product: we will refund the balance amount to the same payment mode originally used for the payment.
We do not charge any product handling fee or return shipping charges from the customers.
Our customers can claim the refund in the form of store credits or refund amount to the original payment mode. Store credits can be used to make any future purchases at Maaesa.
Where returns are not applicable
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same product, send us an email at email@example.com
Request for change of postal address
Postal Address as provided by the customer may be changed within 24 hours of placing the Order by requesting a change of delivery address through email on firstname.lastname@example.org.
We are currently making deliveries Worldwide. Customers shall not accept the delivery of products if the packaging has been tampered with or opened.
Maaesa ships all parcels as fully insured at no extra cost to customers. If Courier Company fails to deliver; users do not suffer any loss. Maaesa will not be responsible for lost and stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at the customer’s address by postal / courier agency.
In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay re-shipping charges for the reshipment.
Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days to deliver.
Billing Address is the address where the user gets the bill from their credit card company and shipping address is the address where the user chooses to get their shipment delivered.
Delivery guarantee is subject to terms and conditions of the courier company. Any inconsistency in name or address will result in non-delivery of the product.
The VAT/ Import Duties/ Local Taxes are borne directly by the customer, to be paid at the time of Delivery to our courier partner. These taxes will be chargeable over and above the product/order price you pay on the eshop.
Please note: These charges cannot be governed as they differ from country to country according to local rules and regulations.
