Cancellation is applicable only before the shipping of the item. An order cannot be cancelled if the order has already been shipped. However, returns and refunds will still be applicable according to our policies.
We want to provide every customer with a great experience. However, it is not very sustainable for a small business to offer returns and exchanges. Our policy lasts five days. If five days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
For an order to be eligible for a return, the product(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Purchase with obvious signs of use can’t be refunded. To initiate the return, you will have to drop a request at email@example.com
Return can only be initiated only once against a single order.
Exchange or Refund
We arrange a return pickup for the order. In a case where the return pickup cannot be initiated, we ask you to ship the product to one of our locations. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Upon returning, you will have two options —

In case of difference in pricing,
If the original product is priced lower than the exchanged product: we will ask for the balance payment, payable through a link that we will share during the process.
If the original product is priced higher than the exchanged product: we will refund the balance amount.
You can get a refund in the form of store credits. Store credits can be used to make future purchases at Maaesa.
We do not charge any fee on return shipping OR return handling fee from the customer.
Where returns are not applicable
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same product, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Request for change of postal address
Postal Address as provided by the Customer may be changed within 24 hours of placing of Order, and not later; by making the said request via email to email@example.com
We deliver to all and any postal address around the India.
The Recipient accepting delivery should not accept deliveries where the box or packaging has been tampered with or if the box is empty.
Maaesa ships all parcels as fully insured at no extra cost to customers. If Courier Company fails to deliver; you do not suffer any loss. Maaesa will not be responsible for lost and stolen packages or any full or partial damages to the package after being left at customer’s address by postal / courier agency.
In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay re-shipping charges for the reshipment.
Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days to deliver.
Billing Address is the address where a customer gets his bills from the credit card company. Shipping address is the address where the customer wants to receive their shipment.
Delivery guarantee is subject to terms and conditions of the courier company. Any inconsistency in name or address will result in non-delivery of the product.
The VAT/ Import Duties/ Local Taxes are borne directly by the customer, to be paid at the time of Delivery to our courier partner. These taxes will be chargeable over and above the product/order price you pay on the e-shop.
